- Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of the approval of the BSH for substation incl. electrical part. Definition of technical key requirements. Developing relationships with certification and licensing authorities. Evaluation and active participation in the creation of internal certification relevant documentation prior to their transfer to the CA and the BSH.
- Interface Management to all Packages and other disciplines like HSSE, QA, C&P. Leading layout and design of the offshore substation. Leading technical negotiations with contractors, vendors and partners, consultants, etc. and develop the technical specification.
- Management obtaining the certificate of the project without conditions. Organizing and coordinating the certification relevant internal and external processes with the relevant departments and partners. Support in contract negotiations with respect to certification. Evaluation and active participation in the creation of internal certification relevant documentation prior to their transfer to the CA and the BSH.
- Qualifications:
- Successfully completed a university degree in engineering plant operations, marine engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification. Experience in project management offshore technology, the maritime environment, or equivalent knowledge. Experience in engineering mechanical equipment, components and systems in the offshore marine area or required.
- Confident in dealing with rules and standards such as IEC / DNV / GL / SOLAS. Fluent in German and English. Technical leadership experience desirable. Initiative - ability to make decisions - team spirit - communication skills - planning and organizational skills
P 012119 - STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
- Responsibilities:
- Evaluating technical and commercial requirements for the structural design. Review mechanical specifications and drawings related to building heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, fire protection, etc. Transfer of responsibility in the interface with the adjacent shipbuilding steel internal and external trades / planners / shipyards to design an electric primary, secondary systems of engineering, equipment, health & safety requirements as well as transport & logistics. Coordinate design reviews with other disciplines such as electrical engineering, structural and architectural.
- Responsibility for the timely preparation and submission of documents such as certifiable studies, specifications, drawings, test plans, test documentation for the part of structural design. Review and approval of master plans and design principles to the design of the platform, ensuring the implementation of the HSSE, operations, maintenance, access and escape routes concepts according to international standards.
- Qualifications:
- Successfully completed a university degree in Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Design, engineering, marine engineering or industrial engineering with similar skills. Experience in project management for large systems or project management in shipbuilding, marine equipment, or equivalent knowledge, certification desirable. Confident in dealing with rules and standards such as IEC / DNV / GL / SOLAS
- Experience in the field of steel construction / design. Experience in offshore wind platforms, Jackets and topside structural engineering.
P 012118 - EOS ELECTICAL ENGINEER
- Responsibilities:
- Supervision of manufacturing activities. Coordination and supervision of construction activities onshore and offshore (e.g. substation). Approval of the regional plans in the field of high voltage equipment in accordance with technical requirements of high voltage. Support the energizing phase of the array grid and the substation. Monitor and coordinate QA activities of the suppliers.
- Support design process for relevant electrical items (mainly substation, transition piece, array cables). Support to time scheduling, resource planning. Providing technical support for claim management. Documentation of lessons learned and exchange with other project teams.
- Qualifications:
- Electrical engineer with good knowledge in low, medium and high voltage technology. Project management skills including contract management. Good knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project etc.). Experience in wind energy business. High HSE awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills. Flexibility, good physical fitness and willingness to travel required. Experience in quality management. P 012117 - EOS & GRID CONNECTION ENGINEER
- Responsibilities:
- Leading the electrical part of the turn key offshore substation. Leading technical negotiations with contractors, vendors and partners and develop the technical specification. Management of the interface to transmission system operator (TSO) Leading technical negotiations with TSO and partners to develop the technical part for an envisaged grid connection contract. Leading grid compliance studies (static and dynamic models) Interface management to all packages.
- Definition of technical key requirements of technical specifications. Add overall project management requirements such as QA, expediting, cost control, tracking/negotiation of claims etc. as appropriate. Approval of design in accordance with project specific required applicable codes, norms, internal standards, standards and regulatory requirements.

- Responsibilities:
- Advising the Project Manager and other project staff in the handling of subcontractors and consortium agreements to secure our rights and contractual claims. Securing of evidence and documentation of contract variations and other claim-related events. Coordination of project participants as part of the claim management. Checking contract for Substation and Array Cables. Supporting negotiations (technical and commercial) due to excellent English language skills. Checking the offers for the substation technically and support Legal and Procurement.
- Checking and commenting the individual documents for the substation. Creating a deviation list. Leading change request list. Preparation of contract work trainings for substation and array cables for entire team. Supporting technical expertise for auxiliaries on the offshore substation to B2. Coordination of O&M related issues for the offshore substation. Supporting Electrical Package Manager regarding Procurement and Legal.

- Qualifications:
